My name is Molly Jean and this is an important blog.
I’ve always loved ‘this day in history’ lists like The Writer’s Almanac and the hundreds of others you can find online, because they seem to give each day a magnificent sense of importance. I like being reminded that each day is the anniversary of some earthshaking scientific discovery, cataclysmic political event, etc. At the same time, I think it’s nice to notice the more ordinary things that happen around me everyday. THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY is about being excited and curious (and sometimes horrified or saddened) by the world of each day.
